Return Policy: all sales are final.  We do not accept returns for refund or exchange: for items damaged in transport (except in cases where buyer paid premium shipping: fast delivery service eg. DHL, UPS or similar or paid extra fee for special handling), cases where buyer realized that he/she bought wrong product or cases where buyer is not satisfied with product performance due to buyer incompetent handling or usage.

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in listed cases under warranty.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 3 days of receiving the ordered product at to alert us about reason of request. Shipping cost for returning product is buyer obligation and shipping cost are non-refundable. Product must be returned undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).


If you are approved for product exchange, we will send replaced item at our cost. If you are not approved for product exchange, we will send original item back to buyer upon buyer pay shipping cost. Shipping cost will be calculated according to price list of used transporter.


If you are approved for refund, we will send refund reduced for shipping cost (according to postal price list).

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
